Business process automation

If your team copies data between systems, chases approvals by email, or builds the same report every Monday, that work can be automated.

We map the process, remove the steps that do not need a person, and connect the tools you already pay for, adding AI only where a decision genuinely needs judgement.

Business automation

What we build

Data flow between systems

Leads to CRM, orders to accounting, forms to databases.

Approvals

Purchase requests, leave and discounts routed to the right person, with reminders.

Documents

Quotes, invoices, contracts and certificates generated automatically.

Reports and alerts

Reports built and sent on schedule; alerts when numbers cross a threshold.

Customer updates

WhatsApp and email messages triggered by real events: shipped, due, tomorrow.

AI-assisted steps

Read an email, extract the details, classify the request, draft the reply.

Rules or AI? Choosing the right tool

Most automation does not need AI. If a step follows clear rules, plain code or a workflow tool is cheaper, faster and more predictable. We add AI only for steps that need judgement over messy input, like free-text emails or scanned documents.

Process

How we work

  1. Step 1

    Process mapping

How the work happens today, including the workarounds.

  2. Step 2

    Automation plan

What to automate, what to leave manual, and the effort for each.

  3. Step 3

    Build

The right tool for each step: workflow platforms, custom code or AI.

  4. Step 4

    Parallel run

The automation runs alongside the manual process until results match.

  5. Step 5

    Handover and monitoring

Failure alerts and documentation for your team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Low-code tool or custom code?

Low-code workflow tools are great for simple, low-volume flows. Custom code is better for high volume, complex logic or sensitive data. We often combine both.

What if our software has no API?

There are usually options: database access, file exports, email parsing, or screen automation as a last resort.

How do we know the automation works?

It runs in parallel with the manual process first, and failures raise alerts rather than failing silently.

What does maintenance involve?

Most automations need little upkeep. When the tools they connect change, they need adjusting, which a small support plan covers.
